Ajanta Caves was one of the most well kept secrets from the world till date. The caves were kept hidden on purpose for 1000's of years untill a British Officer found them again in the early 1800's. Ajanta Caves is one of the many U.N.E.S.C.O. World Heritage sites in India & the 2nd World Heritage site in Aurangabad after Ellora Caves. These beautiful rock cut caves were built in the 200BCE. and remained Hidden till the British Colonial Era.
